Head of Legal, Policy & Compliance
The Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman has a management-level opportunity for a Head of Legal, Policy & Compliance to join our small St Helier-based team playing a key role in enhancing CIFO’s accountability and our ability to deliver fair and reasonable outcomes for complainants and their providers of financial services operating in or from the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark).
We would like to hear from you if you have a passion for access to justice, sound judgement, outstanding legal analysis and policy development ability, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage effectively multiple streams of simultaneous activity. Financial sector experience and legal qualifications and/or experience in a legal, policy, or compliance environment are highly desirable.
