Case Handler

We resolve complaints about financial services provided in or from the Channel Islands.  We are looking for a Case Handler to join our team of professionals in delivering fair and reasonable outcomes for complainants and financial services providers.

We would like to hear from you if you have outstanding analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to organise and manage your time effectively, sound judgement and a well-developed sense of fairness.  Experience in a legal, regulatory or financial services environment is not essential.
