Thank you for your interest in the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman. Our role is to resolve complaints about financial services provided in or from the Channel Islands. We require an information officer mainly to support CIFO’s communications with stakeholders and also to provide administrative support to assist the efficient handling of complaints.
We would like to hear from you if you are a great communicator, both in written form and on the phone; are organised and adaptable with good attention to detail; have solid computer skills and love working with people. Experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.
While this is proposed as a full-time role, we will consider applications if you would like to work slightly reduced hours.
