Thank you for your interest in the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO). Our statutory role is to resolve complaints about financial services provided in or from the Channel Islands. Providing information about CIFO’s work and guidance from our experience of complaints is an important part of our role. We currently publish an annual report on operations and the financial accounts, quarterly complaints reports, case studies, CIFO’s decisions on complaints, as well as consultation papers and information about our service. We require an information officer to support and further develop CIFO’s communications with stakeholders.
We would like to hear from you if you are a great communicator and writer; are organised and adaptable with good attention to detail; are a proficient user of social media; have solid computer skills and love working with people.
While this is proposed as a full-time role, we will consider applications if you would like to work flexible or slightly reduced hours.
Please note that applicants must have a residential status of Entitled or Entitled for Work in Jersey in order to be considered.
