2025 Annual Report Public Meeting – Video

An open meeting was held online on 8 July 2026 for all CIFO stakeholders and the general public. The session provided an overview of key messages from our 2025 Annual Report, and discussed the issues shaping our work in 2026.

The presentation was followed by a live Q&A session with Antony Townsend, Chair of the Board of Directors, and Douglas Melville, Principal Ombudsman and Chief Executive.
